How a Navy Veteran and Federal Leader built a system to turn emotional chaos into clarity, resilience, and connection.

We believe that knowledge without practice is just theory. Practice Makes Permanent EQ+ (PMP EQ+) was born from the realization that true resilience requires a bridge from knowing to living.

PMP EQ+ exists to close the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it — especially under pressure.

We do this through structured practice systems, guided facilitation, and real-world application — not traditional coaching or passive learning.

Where PMP EQ+ Started

Jennifer Reed is a resilient Navy veteran and seasoned federal leader with over two decades of service, including eight years in the U.S. Navy, more than thirteen years of public service in the Federal Government, and more than five years in the private sector. 

Throughout her career of leading in high-stakes environments, she saw a recurring pattern: brilliant leaders who understood emotional intelligence conceptually, but couldn’t live it under pressure.

What makes Jennifer’s approach unique is how she transforms vulnerability into strength. After navigating her own profound personal loss and service- connected PTSD, she realized that traditional training wasn’t enough.

Therapy and theory provide insight, but lasting behavioral change requires something more. It requires daily, structured application. She built PMP EQ+ around one undeniable truth:
